Pregnancy
+2 prenatal visits at you home or at my studio + education and guidance as you craft you birth preferences + practice various comfort measures, relaxation techniques and positioning for childbirth + unlimited text, phone and email support for you and your partner + 24/7 on-call support at 38 weeks + reliable back-up doula support
Birth
+ join you in labor at home or birth setting upon request + provide emotional support, encouragement & guidance + hands on comfort measures, counter pressure, massage & more + remind you to nourish your body with food, water, & rest + suggesting different laboring positions for labor progression + assist you in making informed-decisions and advocate for your birth goals
Postpartum
+ continuous presence immediately after birth until family is comfortable & basic needs have been met + lactation support & infant feeding + 1 postpartum visit to discuss the birth, basic newborn care, body recovery, feeding & more + text & phone support for you and your partner + homemade postpartum care basket + additional postpartum recommendations & referrals as you transition into parenthood

*I believe everybody deserves access to doula support. Nobody should be denied care due to their inability to pay. I am able to make arrangements due to your unique situation, or help you find access to the support you are looking for.*
