Postpartum doula support provides you with the hands on support, nourishment and naps as you move through this period. If you are seeking support and camaraderie, my grounding and healing postpartum circles are a great place to find connection and share experiences.
Postpartum Doula Support
You don't require a village to raise your child; what you truly need is a supportive village to nurture you, enabling you to care for your baby. As a postpartum doula, my aim is to rekindle the village mentality by offering hands-on care and essential knowledge for looking after your baby. I provide a range of services such as preparing warm meals, managing laundry, providing herbal healing remedies, newborn care, and educational guidance.

Postpartum circles provide an engaging, welcoming and fun environment for both new and seasoned parents to connect and boost your confidence following childbirth.
Each circle spans 8 weeks, exploring various topics linked to post-baby life.
It's a safe environment to share birth stories, gain insights from fellow parents, and acquire valuable knowledge and skills from a postpartum doula and certified childbirth educator.
The circle welcomes parents worldwide, so you can participate from your nursery, outdoors, or any place where you feel at ease. Limited spots available to maintain an intimate circle.

Postpartum Circles or a postpartum doula as a baby shower present is trending - and what a brilliant idea! Baby showers usually miss out on what moms really need after giving birth. Why not gift a new mama some nourishment, support, and peace of mind to connect with a community or get hands-on help from a caring and nurturing doula.
