Postpartum Nourishment: Rejuvenate Your Mind, Body, and Spirit
The Fourth Trimester: Nurturing You After Birth
I truly believe that "birth is a moment, but postpartum is forever." This is why I am so passionate about supporting new parents during this time of profound change. I offer a range of services designed to help you transition to parenthood with ease while building your supportive village.
As a postpartum doula, I believe you don’t need a village to raise your child—you need a village to nurture you. My mission is to restore this village mentality by offering hands-on care, practical support, and essential knowledge that empowers you to confidently care for your baby and yourself.
I’m here to nurture and support you during this transformative time with compassionate, nonjudgmental care. Whether it’s preparing nourishing meals, managing laundry, offering herbal remedies, or guiding you through newborn care, my goal is to ease the transition into this new chapter and give you the space to heal, bond, and grow. I adapt to the unique needs of each family, honoring your choices, and providing encouragement every step of the way.

Every family’s needs are different. Some signs you may benefit from postpartum doula support include:
Feeling overwhelmed or uncertain about your recovery or caring for your baby
A desire for more personalized, nonjudgmental support in the early days
Help with breastfeeding or emotional challenges
Assistance with household tasks to give you more time to rest
Wanting someone to listen and provide guidance during the transition to parenthood
If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and we can discuss how I can best support you.
-
A baby nurse typically focuses on infant care and may assist with overnight shifts. A postpartum doula, however, is focused on supporting both the baby and the parent(s). While I offer newborn care, my role is broader, providing emotional support, educational guidance, and helping you adjust to your new life as parents
-
Absolutely! I encourage partners and family members to be active participants in the postpartum process. I offer guidance on how they can best support you, and I’m happy to answer any questions they have to ensure they feel involved and confident. My role is to work in tandem with your support system.
-
You can easily book a consultation with me to discuss your needs and learn more about the services I offer. After our conversation, we can set up a plan that works for your family’s schedule. My postpartum care is offered at $45 per hour, with a minimum of 20 hours. For families who commit to more hours, I offer discounts:
5% off for 100+ hours
10% off for 200+ hours
Please feel free to reach out to discuss your specific needs and to receive a customized quote.

Once we agree on a care plan, I’ll work with you to set expectations and ensure that you’re fully prepared for my visit. You can focus on resting and healing, while I take care of tasks like meal prep, light housekeeping, and newborn care. There’s no need to do anything special—just be ready to relax and let me support you through this important time.
Postpartum Circles or a postpartum doula as a baby shower present is trending - and what a brilliant idea! Baby showers usually miss out on what moms really need after giving birth. Why not gift a new mama some nourishment, support, and peace of mind to connect with a community or get hands-on help from a caring and nurturing doula.
Encourage your friends to contribute to a doula fund, and I will provide various ways to allocate it towards the expenses!
