Thrilled to share the news - I'm hosting a 6-week virtual pregnancy circle for a tight-knit group of 10. This immersive experience is your roadmap to the physical, mental, and spiritual journey that is childbirth.
Every week we'll explore varied themes, dispelling fears, and build confidence through knowledge, affirmations, deep breathing exercises, meditations, and other healing practices. Take part in these sessions from the coziness of your home, or any place you feel at ease. The circle is open to people from all corners of the world to unite and discover holistic techniques as well as evidence-based learning to enhance your understanding and awaken your intuition.
