To enrich your experience, I’ve invited special guest practitioners—including a birth artist, a prenatal yoga instructor, chiropractors, and body alignment professionals—who will help you integrate every aspect of pregnancy and birth.

When Should I Take This Circle?
This circle is designed for anyone in their second or third trimester who wants to feel more connected, prepared, and empowered for birth. Ideally, joining between 20–36 weeks allows you to fully absorb and integrate the practices, mindset shifts, and support offered throughout the six weeks.
